Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-08-06

These terms govern use of nomad. ("the app"). By accessing or using the app you agree to these terms. The app is provided to business customers and the users they authorize.

Use of the service

Access is restricted to authorized users approved by their customer organization. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose — managing your organization's contacts and communications — and in compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of the third-party platforms it connects to (including Google and LinkedIn).

Acceptable use

Your LinkedIn and other connected accounts

You connect your own LinkedIn account (and any other channel you choose) to the app. You remain the holder of that account at all times, and your use of it through the app stays subject to LinkedIn's own User Agreement and policies. The app acts on that account only at your direction.

LinkedIn restricts automated activity, and the consequences fall on the account holder. LinkedIn may warn, rate-limit, restrict, suspend or permanently close an account at its own discretion, without notice and without explaining why. That risk is yours, and it is a real one for any tool of this kind, including this one.

We do our best to protect your account. The app is built around safety guardrails rather than raw speed, and they run by default:

These measures reduce the risk. They cannot eliminate it, and they are not a guarantee. The limits are set by LinkedIn, are not published in full, change without notice, and differ by account age, history and subscription. Detection also considers activity we cannot see, including what you do outside the app.

Accordingly, and to the maximum extent permitted by law: nomad. is not liable for any warning, restriction, suspension, ban or loss of a LinkedIn or other connected account arising from your use of the app, nor for any resulting loss of connections, message history, reach, leads, revenue or business opportunity, whether or not the guardrails described above were operating at the time. You accept that risk as a condition of connecting an account.

You agree not to disable, circumvent, or work around the pacing, caps and confirmations described above, and not to run the app alongside other automation on the same account. Doing so is a breach of these terms, and it may lead us to suspend your subscription (see our Refund Policy). You are also responsible for who you contact and what you send, including having a lawful basis to contact them and honouring requests to stop.

Third-party services

The app integrates with third-party services (Google, LinkedIn through Unipile, the AI provider your workspace selects, and where you enable them Calendly, ActiveCampaign and Plug & Pay). Your use of those services through the app is also subject to their respective terms and policies. The app is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from use of the app.

Aggregate cap. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the app, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Where you have paid us nothing in that period, our aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that applicable consumer law does not permit us to exclude.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless nomad., its operator, affiliates and personnel from and against any claim, liability, damage, judgment, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your breach of these terms; your use of the app; the content of any message or invitation sent through your connected accounts; or a claim by a third party, including a platform such as LinkedIn or Google, concerning activity carried out from an account you connected.

We will notify you of any such claim, allow you to control its defence with counsel of your choice, and cooperate with you at your expense. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault on our part, or that imposes an obligation on us, without our written consent.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.

If you use the app as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are habitually resident, nor of your right to bring proceedings there.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Each version carries an identifier, and we record which version you accepted and when. Where the substance changes we ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in, rather than relying on your continued use alone. This version is 2026-08-06.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

Paid plans are sold through Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
