These terms govern use of nomad. ("the app"). By accessing or using the app you agree to these terms. The app is provided to business customers and the users they authorize.
Access is restricted to authorized users approved by their customer organization. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose — managing your organization's contacts and communications — and in compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of the third-party platforms it connects to (including Google and LinkedIn).
The app integrates with third-party services (Google, Unipile, Google Gemini, ActiveCampaign). Your use of those services through the app is also subject to their respective terms and policies. The app is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from use of the app.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
